How we deliver
We deliver orders by courier to the address given in the order.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free.
Payment
You pay for the order in advance through Paynow, whose page we take you to once you have placed the order.
Processing time
We count the processing time from the moment your payment is credited, whichever method you use.
- Ready-made products, such as parking rules signs – shipped within 1–3 working days.
- Personalised products, such as signs and banners prepared for your parking – made within 3–7 working days of the design being approved, but not earlier than from the moment your payment is credited.
Courier delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.
Delivery area
We deliver only within Poland.
Tracking your parcel
Once the parcel has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with its tracking number and a tracking link, so you can check where your order is at any time.
Receiving your parcel
Check the condition of the parcel when you receive it. If it is damaged, draw up a damage report with the courier and write to us at wlasciciel@parkapp.pl. You can read more about complaints on the Returns and complaints page.
